Based on Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, your identity information, contact information, image and audio recordings; are processed in cloud-based applications for purposes such as remote online platform meetings, training, conferences in a connected, limited and proportionate manner with the aim of ensuring the continuity of company business processes and operations, and the conduct of training and communication activities.

- To whom and for what purposes can our Company transfer your personal data?
Your personal data obtained by our Company may be transferred to our suppliers within the scope of online meeting platform services, our business partners, our shareholders, legally authorized private persons and institutions and legally authorized public institutions to be processed within the scope of this Disclosure Text and relevant legislation, in line with the purposes set out above.
- By what methods and on what legal grounds does our Company obtain your personal data?
Your personal data obtained when you register and use remote meeting / conference / training etc. platforms may be obtained, processed and transferred for the purposes set forth in this Disclosure Text, on the legal grounds of "data processing being mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right", "having been made public by the data subject" and "data processing being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject".

According to Article 11 of the Law, personal data subjects have the right to:
- Learn whether their personal data are processed,
- Request information if their personal data have been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with such purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred at home or abroad,
- Request correction of personal data in case they are incomplete or incorrectly processed and request notification of the transactions made in this scope to third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred,
- Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing have disappeared, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law and other relevant laws, and request that the transactions made in this scope be notified to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
- Object to the occurrence of an adverse result for the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Request compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing of personal data.
